04. 21.06.2011 In spite of the fact that the appellant was

granted four weeks time to remove the defects on

19.11.2003, the defect nos.1 and 3 have not been

removed still today. Accordingly, the appellant is

directed to remove the said defects within next one

week, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed.
