                        J U D G M E N T

The main relief sought for in this writ petition is for

a direction to respondents 3 and 4 to report the actual

number of vacancies of Pharmacist Gr.II (Ayurveda)

including the nine vacancies specified in Exhibit-P5.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

pursuant to the reporting of certain vacancies, petitioner

has already received an Advice Memo. Therefore, the

grievance raised by the petitioner has been met. Hence,

the writ petition is closed without prejudice to the right

of the petitioner to agitate any subsisting grievance , if

any, before any appropriate Forum.
