2 20.4.2011 Let this matter come up on 11th May, 2011 for
further consideration.
Learned counsel for the Bank tenders three
demand drafts amounting to Rs. 22, 50,000/- (Rs. twenty two lacs
fifty thousand) which was the consideration money which has
been deposited by the petitioner for purchase of the property
which was never accorded to him nor the payment made.
All the three demand drafts dated 20th April, 2011
with seriatim Nos. 177742, 177743 and 177744 are handed over to
learned counsel for the petitioner. He will endorse the receipt on
the margin of the ordersheet of the case record as a proof of the
said receipt.
The payment of interest from the initial date of
deposit the amount by the petitioner till the actual date of payment
will be considered on the next date.
