The petitioners, in terms to the interim order dated

19.11.2008, have already put in appearance before the trial court pursuant

to the summoning order.

This petition is allowed and interim order dated 19.11.2008 is

hereby confirmed subject to the condition that the petitioners will continue

to appear before the trial Court and will not absent themselves without any

sufficient cause.
