Present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated
10.7.1991 passed by Special Judge, Azamgarh in Revision No. 18
of 1990 and order dated 17.11.1989 passed by IInd Munsif Lower
Criminal Court, Azamgarh and the complaint filed by the opposite
party as well as entire proceeding of the Case No. 459 of 1991
(Nar Singh Sharma Vs Salahuddin and others) pending in the
Court of II Chief Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh.

No one is present on behalf of applicant to press this application.
On 24.2.1992 again notice was issued. However, in compliance of
the order the copy was not supplied on behalf of the applicant for
service of the notice upon O.P. Hence present application under
Section 482 Cr.P.C. is rejected on want of prosecution. Interim
order dated 16.11.1991 is hereby discharged.
