Heard Dr. V.K. Singh learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri
Deepak Srivastava learned counsel for the opposite parties. Sri
V.K. Singh on his part prays for two days’ time to bring on record
and challenge the two orders which have been given to him after
filing of the writ petition. On the other hand Mr. Deepak
Srivastava has stated that it is an old case and the records are being
looked into by the officers and the BSA is involved in election
duty, hence two weeks’ time may be granted for filing counter
affidavit.

Accordingly, list this case in the week commencing 1.4.2010.
