JUDGMENT
The petitioner retired on 01.11.1998. His D.C.R.G was paid on
30.06.1999. Commutted value of pension was paid on 09.07.1999.
Provident Fund was released on 17.05.1999. This writ petition is filed
claiming interest for the delay in those payments. Having regard to
the totality of the facts and circumstances, it is directed that the
petitioner will be paid interest on provident fund amount at the rate of
12% per annum from the date of retirement till the date on which that
amount was actually paid. All other reliefs are refused.
The original petition is disposed of accordingly.
