07. 28.09.2011 In compliance of my order dated
27.09.2011 Collector, Begusarai is present. He states
that he may be permitted to revise 2008-09 seniority
list in the light of the 466 objections received as also
the contents of the circulars dated 3.12.1980,
26.5.1987, 25.4.1997 issued by the State
Government.
As requested by the Collector, Begusarai
he is at liberty to revise the seniority list of 2008-09
in the light of the objections received as also the
2
circulars referred to above maintaining the date of
joining as weightage criteria and publish the final
panel until 25.11.2011.
Put up on 28.11.2011 maintaining its
position in the same list. If the panel is published by
that date the Collector, Begusarai need not appear.
