ORAL
ORDER

Learned
advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already
engaged the advocate to prefer Special Leave Petition before the Apex
Court against the order of rejection of his criminal appeal. Learned
advocate for the petitioner has also produced translated paper book
to be filed in the Apex Court. It is further submitted that the jail
record of the petitioner is reasonably good and he has surrendered in
time before the jail authority, except on one occasion. Considering
the above aspects, it is submitted that the petitioner may be granted
parole leave for a period of four weeks.

Learned
APP submits that the petitioner was released on furlough in a recent
past. However, the fact about preparing paper book, engaging
advocate in the Apex Court, etc are not disputed.

In
view of the above and considering the facts that, the petitioner
would like to file Special Leave Petition before the Apex Court and
that he would like to take follow up actions, including financial
arrangement to pursue his cause before the Apex Court, I am inclined
to grant two weeks parole leave by furnishing personal bond of
Rs.2,000/- before the jail authority, on usual terms and conditions.

Accordingly,
this application is allowed. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid
extent only. D.S. Permitted.
