09- 29/9/2011 Mr. Syed Alamdar Hussain for the petitioner, and Mr. K P
Gupta, learned Standing Counsel no.V, are present. In compliance of
the order dated 18.8.2011, the Executive Engineer, Koshi Canal
Project, Madhubani, is also present. He hands over the following
Demand Drafts to the learned counsel for the petitioner, which he
accepts without prejudice to his contentions in this case:-
(i) Demand draft no.527140 dt. 12.9.2011 for Rs.24,336/-;
and (ii)Demand draft no.527214 dt. 13.9.2011 for Rs.90,264/-.
2. As prayed, four weeks’ time is granted to the
petitioner to consider the third supplementary show-cause and file a
rejoinder to the same. The petitioner also undertakes to file the
affidavit contemplated by the order dated 18.8.2011, within a period
of four weeks.
3. Put up in the first week of December 2011. The
personal appearance of the Executive Engineer is dispensed with until
further orders of this Court.
