2 26/03/2011 Heard Counsel for the petitioner and the A.P.P.
appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a
case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and
Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is
no specific allegation against the petitioner. However,
there is an allegation in the First Information Report that
the petitioner has shot the husband of the informant and
the husband of the informant succumbed to that injury.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am
not inclined to grant the above named petitioner
anticipatory bail.
This application is accordingly dismissed.
