This petition has been filed under
Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing FIR No.457 dated
14.11.2003 (Annexure P-1) lodged for commission of
offence under Section(s) 406 IPC, Police Station,
City, Thanesar.
In deference to order dated 30.10.2008,
Mr. R.P. Sahni, District Manager, HAFED, Kurukshetra,
is present in person and states that the amount due
towards HAFED/ complainant has been paid. There does
not remain any cause to continue with the prosecution
of the case.

Considering the statement given by the
officer, this petition is allowed.
FIR No.457 dated 14.11.2003 (Annexure
P-1) lodged for commission of offence under
Section(s) 406 IPC, Police Station, City, Thanesar,
is hereby quashed.
