J U D G M E N T
The petitioner was a student of the B.Tech course who
completed the course in the year 2009. The results of the papers
Digital System and Electrical Engineering Mathematics III of Semester
III were published in October 2009 and February 2010 respectively.
2. Since the petitioner has got only 44% marks on the above
two papers, he has applied for re-valuation of the same as per
Exhibits P1 and Exhibit P2 and remitted the required fee which is
evident by Exhibits P3 and P4. Seeking for a revaluation within a time
frame, this Writ Petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the University.
There will be a direction to the University to process the applications
for revaluation of the petitioner and communicate the result within a
period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
judgment, if the applications and the payment are in order.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
