9. 7.12.2010 The writ application was twice dismissed

earlier; the first time for non-compliance of the

peremptory order dated 23.9.1998 and subsequently

by order dated 17.4.2000 it was dismissed for

default. Both the times it has been restored.

No one appears for the petitioner even

today despite repeated calls.

The writ application is, accordingly,

dismissed for non-prosecution.
