8. 16.09.2011 Shri S. D. Sanjay, AAG XII, submits that he has instruction to

state from the Secretary, Urban Development that the Municipal

Commissioner was directed to send all the connected records to

enable the Secretary to proceed appropriately in light of the order of

the Court.

Mr. Bishwa Bibhuti Narayan Singh, Counsel for the Municipal

Corporation, submits that his instructions are that the Secretary, Urban

Development, has directed the Municipal Corporation to hold enquiry

himself.

Let the Secretary, Urban Development, and the Municipal

Commissioner appear before this Court in person on 20.9.2011.

Let the name of Shri S.D.Sanjay, AAG XII, also appear in the

cause list in the column of the respondents.
