Nobody is present on behalf of the petitioners to press the present writ
petition even in the revised reading of the list.

Sri S.K. Yadav, learned counsel for caveators and learned Standing
Counsel for the State-respondents submit that the controversy raised
in the present writ petition stands decided against the petitioners under
judgement and order of this Court in the case of Netram Gangwar &
others versus State of U.P. & others reported in 2004 (3) ESC 1911.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is also dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
