3 08.07.2011 Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the

State.

The allegation against the appellant is that he has

caused injuries to the informant’s wife and in course of

treatment she died.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

we are not inclined to grant bail to the appellant. Accordingly

the prayer for bail of the appellant is rejected.
