Mr. Anil Singh, learned counsel for the University

prays for time to file the show cause even through

sufficient time has been availed.

However, as prayed for, put up this matter after

four weeks to enable filing of the show cause.

In case no show cause is filed by the next date, a

cost of Rs. 2000/- would be payable and deposited with

the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
