Learned counsel prays that he be permitted to withdraw this

petition with liberty to the petitioners to present their version before the

Investigating Officer as the case is still at the stage of investigation.

It is directed that the Investigating Officer shall consider the

version of the petitioners. However, in case still aggrieved, the petitioners

shall be at liberty to avail of the remedy available to them under the law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with the observations aforesaid.
