                            JUDGMENT

Kurian Joseph,J.

Petititioner and his wife Sujatha are present along with

their son Master Sabarinath. It is heartening to note that

pursuant to the conciliation made by Smt.Bindu Sreekumar and

also the follow up action taken by the parties themselves, the

parties are living happily. They submit before us that they will

not give room for any complaints hereafter. Learned counsel for

the petitioner submits that in that view of the matter no further

orders are necessary in this writ petition. It is accordingly

dismissed. We record our appreciation for the sincere efforts

taken by the learned Conciliator Smt.Bindu Sreekumar.
