It has been reported that Sri Jayant Singh Tomar learned counsel for the
appellant in Criminal Appeal No. 780 of 2010 is on sanctioned leave.
Although Sri T.N. Tiwari learned counsel for the appellant appearing in
Criminal Appeal Nos. 412 of 2010 as well as 413 of 2010 wanted to argue the
same. It will not feasible and justified to hear the appeal in part.

List the appeal again in the week commencing 19.07.2010.
