                                 JUDGMENT

The petitioner challenges the rejection of his candidature to the post

of Registrar of the first respondent University. It is submitted by the learned

counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition can be closed leaving open

the contentions of the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly closed leaving open the contentions

of the petitioner. No costs.
