Issue notice to the opposite parties in I.A. No.7528

of 2010 under ordinary process as well as registered cover

with A/D, for which requisites etc. must be filed within two

weeks, failing which the aforesaid interlocutory application

shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench.

In the meantime, further proceeding in Eviction

Execution Case No.1 of 2010 pending in the court of

Additional Munsif-IV, Darbhanga, shall remain stayed till

the disposal of I.A. No.7528 of 2010.

Post this matter immediately under the same

heading after service of notice upon the opposite parties.
