petition has been preferred for condonation of delay of 93 days in
preferring Misc. Civil Application for review of an order passed in
Misc. Civil Application No.403 of 2010 in view of the some
observations made by the Honourable Supreme Court. Taking into
consideration the stand taken by the petitioner and being satisfied
with the ground as shown, delay of 93 days is condoned. Civil
Application stands disposed of.
