Learned
counsel for the respondent Association submits that some other
Officers of the Water Supply and Sewerage Board of the State may be
made as members of the Expert Committee in place of two persons as
shown at serial Nos. 3 and 4 of the order dated 22.12.2010.

AGP is directed to give list of one or two Geo Hydrologists of Water
Supply and Sewerage Board, Gujarat and one or two names of Engineers
not less than the rank of Executive Engineer, who has thorough
knowledge of underground water and river water and is a member of
Water Supply and Irrigation Department of the State.
Post
the matter on 20.4.2011 on the top of the list.
