At the outset Sri S.P.Singh Rajput, learned counsel
appearing for the petitioner stated that the petitioner may be
permitted to withdraw this writ petition with the liberty to file a
fresh writ petition with better particulars. Sri G.P.Srivastava,
learned counsel appearing for the respodnents has no
objection to the aforesaid prayer. The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
