Registry
is directed to inquire from the M.A.C. Tribunal (Auxi.) Rajkot
District, at Gondal, about the status of the award dated 3.5.1996
passed by the M.A.C. Tribunal in M.A.C. Petition no. 39/1991.

Registry
shall inquire as to whether the award has already been executed or
not. If not, then whether the S.T. Corporation has deposited the
awarded amount as per the direction or not. The inquiry shall be made
in respect of the M.A.C. Petition
nos. 38/1991, 39/1991 and 117/1992.

The
Registry shall ensure that necessary details are made available by
the Tribunal or on before 3rd
of May 2010.
