3. 24.9.2010 Pursuant to the notices issued, the State of Bihar,

Bank of Maharashtra, Bihar State Financial Corporation and

the Bihar State Credit and Investment Corporation have

appeared through their respective counsels. An affidavit has

also been filed on behalf of the Principal Secretary,

Industries Department, Government of Bihar stating that the

Department of Industries is not directly concerned with the

matter and it is merely a proforma party. Let the same be

kept on the record.

As prayed for by learned counsels for the

appearing parties, put up on 8th October, 2010.
