filed within two weeks, failing which this

application shall stand rejected as against

concerned opposite party, without further

reference to a Bench.

In the meantime, no coercive step shall

be taken against the petitioner in connection

with Complaint Case bearing C.R. No. 241 of 2008

pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial

Magistrate, Jhanjharpur.

Let this order be communicated to the

court below through fax at the cost of the

petitioner.
