Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Two kgs of Ganja is recovered from

petitioner’s possession but he remained in

custody since 30.5.2011.

Thus, having regard to the facts and

circumstances of the case as well as submission

of the parties, the above named petitioner is

directed to be released on bail on furnishing

bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with

two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Siwan in Siwan Town (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 123

of 2011.
