Heard
learned Advocate Mr.Varun K. Patel for petitioner. Though notice
issued by this court is served on respondents by Direct Service, no
appearance is filed by any of respondents and no advocate is engaged
by them. However, considering fact that workmen are belonging to
Kachchh area may not be able to engage advocate immediately which may
take some time, therefore, in interest of justice, matters are
adjourned to 23.6.2010. However, in the mean time, if any steps are
taken by respondents for implementation of award in question, it is
open for petitioner to move this Court by filing note for urgent
circulation of these matters for interim relief.
