This application has been filed for modification of the order dated
19.07.2010 passed in Special Civil Application No. 6537 of 2010 in
light of the judgement and order passed by the earlier Bench in
Special Civil Application No. 2417 of 2008 particularly in para 5 of
the order dated 08.05.2005 and also prayed to allow the applicant-
Union to represent the cause of the workmen before the Tribunal.

2.0 Heard.

Looking to the facts and circumstance of the case, the matter is
fixed for hearing on 05.10.2010.
