BELOW SPEAKING TO MINUTES:

Heard
learned senior advocate Mr.Kanubhai M. Patel appearing with Mr.Varun
K. Patel for the petitioner; learned Assistant Government Pleader,
Mr.R.A. Rindani for respondent no.1-State; learned advocate Mr.U.T.
Mishra for respondent no.2 and learned advocate Mr.P.C. Chaudhari for
respondent no.3. Inadvertently, period for which time is extended as
prayed for is not mentioned in the order. Taking into consideration
the intervening Diwali festival time limit is extended upto
15.12.2011.

Subpara
of para 2 of order dated 21.09.2011 reads as under:

“Taking
into consideration the question involved and taking into
consideration the time limit prescribed by the statute, it is deemed
proper that extension of time be granted.”

It
should be read as “extension of time is granted upto 15th
December 2011”. The Speaking to Minutes is disposed of.
