JUDGMENT

Shri
Nandesh Chudgar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners
submitted that on account of latest development, the impugned
circular has now not been in-existence and therefore, the grievance
of the petitioners also would not survive. The Court may therefore,
dispose of the matter as having become infructuous with a liberty to
approach in case of difficulty. Orders accordingly. Rule discharged.
Interim relief stands vacated. No costs.
