ORDER
1. When
the matter was earlier listed before this Court on 12.05.2011, this
Court had passed the following order :-
“Learned
advocate for the appellant will supply Paper book within a period of
five weeks from today, Matter to be listed for hearing on 30.06.2011.
A copy of the order shall be kept in each matter.”
2. Again
on 30.06.2011, the Court had passed the following order :-
The
learned advocate for the appellant/s has not supplied the paper-book.
Hence, the time to supply the paper-book is extended for three weeks,
failing which the matter/s shall stand dismissed for non-
prosecution.
The
matters are adjourned to 22nd July 2011. A copy of present
order be placed in each matter.
3. In
spite of the aforesaid orders, the paper book has not been supplied
till today. Hence, only on this ground, the appeal stands dismissed.
