Heard
Mr.Nirav Thakkar, learned advocate for the petitioner; Mr.V. M.
Dhotre, learned advocate for the respondent No.1 and Ms.Kruti Shah,
learned advocate for the petitioner respondent No.4.

Rule.

To be expedited.

The
petitioner is directed to deposit the disputed amount as per
Annexure-D Colly. which comes to Rs.3,81,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs
Eighty One Thousand only) with the Registry of this Court within a
period of six weeks from today, which in turn will be invested in
the FDR by the Registry. The interest accrued on the same will be
allowed to be accumulated.

The
respondent No.2-District Education Officer is directed to calculate
the balance amount to be paid by the petitioner within a period of
four weeks and the said amount will be paid by the petitioner
within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of intimation
from the respondent No.2.

After
the aforesaid exercise is completed and the pleadings are over, it
will be open to the parties to move for early hearing of the
petition.

Direct
Service is permitted.
