Learned Advocate
Ms.Tejal Vashi for learned Advocate Mr.V.H.Desai wants a week’s time
to see that heirs of the respondent-workman, who are impleaded as
party respondent by order dated 19.11.2010, are kept present before
this Court so as to file a pursis before the Court that they are
ready and willing and are accepting an amount of Rs.6,50,000/-
(Rupees Six Lacs Fifty Thousand Only) plus interest in full and final
settlement of their disputes. Besides, they are also to declare
before the Court that proceedings, if any, initiated by them will
also be withdrawn by them.
In view of the above,
for the present, no orders are passed about deposit of the amount.
At the request of
learned Advocate Ms.Vashi, the matter is adjourned to 01.08.2011.
