Applicant
is a Labour Union which has filed Special Civil Application No.2214
of 2004 has challenged an order of Labour Court to the extent it is
adverse to the workman. The applicant wishes to pursue the said
petition by joining Official Liquidator of M/s.Calama Pump Pvt. Ltd.
(In liquidation) in the said petition.

Permission
as prayed for in para 1(A) is granted. Application is disposed of
accordingly.
