This
Court on 02.02.2006 has passed the following order:

The
Secretary of the petitioner Parishad is present. His presence is
dispensed with on the next date of hearing.

In
view of the subsequent developments, it would be appropriate to pay
lump sum compensation to the respondent since the petitioner is
trying to avoid implementation of the award of the Labour Court on
way or the other. As a last chance S.O. To 13th February
2006.

Today,
when the matter is called out, Mr. Joshi, learned advocate for the
petitioner requests for time. Hence, S.O. to 13.09.2010.
