Mr.
Patel, learned advocate submits that this petition is already
admitted by an order dated 6.5.2008 and ad interim relief subject to
compliance of Section 17B has also been granted and same continues.
Mr.
Patel, learned advocate further submitted that earlier there was an
issue about the compliance of Section 17B, but the petitioner has
cleared all the arrears. Mr. Mankad, learned advocate confirmed the
said aspect, hence, ad interim relief granted by order 6.5.2008 is
confirmed and same would enure during the pendnecy of this petition
or until further orders, if any, are passed. The petitioner shall
continue to comply with the provisions under Section 17(B).
