Rejoinder affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

In furtherance of this Court’s order dated 17.12.2009 the I.O. is present in
person. He informs that in 12 districts thorough search was made to trace out
Ashish Kumar, 5000 posters were circulated and other necessary actions were
taken. Let these details be incorporated in the supplementary counter
affidavit which may be filed within a week.

List on 11.02.2010. The I.O. shall come present on that date.
