Learned counsel for the applicant stated that the applicant wants to withdraw
the writ petition with permission to file fresh one.

Prayer is accepted. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn
with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one. Office shall return certified copy
of the FIR to the petitioner. Office shall make necessary endorsement to this
effect on the writ petition.
