Contention of the petitioner is that the order dated 15th July, 2010 passed on
the recall application has been passed without giving any opportunity of
hearing to him. If it be so, the remedy of the petitioner is to approach the
authority concerned first by filing appropriate application for recall of the
order dated 15th July, 2010. At this stage, no case for interference is called
for.

The writ petition is dismissed summarily.
