By way of present petition, the petitioner has challenged the order
dated 28.08.1991 of respondent No.1- The Principal wherein the
petitioner was prevented from performing his duties w.e.f 28.08.1991
and thereby deprived his right to earn his salary through his civil
services in the State.

2.0 By
efflux of time, petition has become academic. Hence, the petition
stands disposed of as having become academic. Rule is discharged
with no order as to costs. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
