“Learned
counsel Mr. Pathak has filed sick note. Hence, adjourned.”

Today,
Mr. Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a sick
note. As a last chance S.O. to 14.10.2011. It is,
however, made clear that if Mr. Pathak is not in a position to attend
the Court, he will make alternative arrangement failing which the
matter will be decided on merits in his absence.
