The only prayer made by the petitioner in this case is that in

respect of death of daughter of petitioner namely, Sukhwinder Kaur, no

FIR was registered by the police.

Learned counsel for the State submits that in case petitioner

files a representation, his grievance will be looked into by the D.I.G.

Border Range, Amritsar.

In case the petitioner prefers a representation before the

D.I.G., Border Range, Amritsar within a week of receipt of the certified

copy of this order, the same shall be looked into by the said officer.

Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
