By notification dated 31.10.2008, the respondent-PGI has been

brought under the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal and

has been placed at serial number 148 of the Schedule.

Consequently, C.M. No. 16625 of 2009, filed by the petitioner,

is allowed and the main writ petition is directed to be transferred to the

Central Administrative Tribunal. Parties through their counsel are directed

to appear before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, on

November 19, 2009.
