Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined

the investigation. This fact is admitted by the counsel for the State, on

instructions received from HC Satwinder Singh.

In view of the above, order dated 23.6.2009 is hereby made

absolute. The petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when

called for. He shall also abide by the provisions of Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition is disposed of.
