The warrant officer was appointed on 13.7.2008 to see as to
whether the alleged detenues are in illegal custody of respondent No.3 or
not. The report of the warrant officer has been received in which it has
been stated that the alleged detenues were not found in illegal custody of
respondent No.3.

In view of this report, the present petition is dismissed as
infructuous.
