No good ground for transfer the trial.
Dismissed. However, if a plea for grant of
exemption from personal appearance comes to be filed on
behalf of the female petitioners (i.e. petitioner Nos.3 and 4 –
Ravinder Kaur and Ranbir Kaur, respectively) and father-in-
law – petitioner No.2 – Sucha Singh, the learned Trial Court
shall favourably consider it. It will, however, be open to the
learned Trial Court to hedge that order with any rider
regarding the appearance of the petitioners at any
subsequent stage of the trial, by grant of an order to that
effect.
Disposed of accordingly.
